Baby in the Bumbo!

We love the Bumbo! And how cute is he in his little Spring outfit from the Gap?
Well, the weather has been either rainy or gorgeous...so either raining, or too wet to ride! I have ridden Titan once since I brought him home, and he was pretty good - a little squirrely, but he's pretty much been sitting in a pasure for the past several years so it's understandable. Hopefully this weekend I can get back on...it's just not easy to go out and hop on a horse like it used to be!

Bath Time!






Jack loves his bath - so much that I can't wait until we can take him swimming! He loves to splash and kick his little "cow duck," which is a weird rubber ducky with cow marking and a cow bell. Hehe.

Big Changes for a Little Guy

WOW. I can't beleive how fast Jack is growing. Everyone told me he would grow up before I knew what happened, and I am realizing that is the case! Every day it's something new.

The biggest thing I have noticed lately is how much he is "talking" now. Earlier this afternoon he just went on and on and on...he mostly says "goo" but has gotten to where sometimes he says it quietly, other times it is lout and drawn out, other times he says it several times in a row...oh my gosh it is seriously the cutest thing ever!

Well, I will end this now as he's in his swing sleeping after a morning of tummy troubles and I imagine he might wake up again any second. Poor baby. :( It breaks my heart when he cries, especially when it's something like an upset tummy that I can't fix.

The Saddle Pad Part...

Well, I finally rode this last Sunday! It felt so good to be back on a horse - even though it took me fifteen minutes to CATCH the darn horse. I thought I would be afraid, but that wasn't the case. The biggest thing I noticed was how much you use your stomach when you're on a horse; these stomach muscles aren't what they used to be!

So YAY FOR ME for getting back on a horse (Titan) and hopefully next week I'll have some time to ride again!
