Make Things Pretty with Paper Coterie

I've posted a few coupon codes (for free stuff, WIN) for Paper Coterie lately and several times now I've received the question, "What is Paper Coterie?"

So, I'm going to show you.

I love making cute things with the gazillions of pictures I have on my hard drive.  Back in the day, I would print them all out and actually put them in albums and scrapbooks.  These days, I've pretty much given up scrapbooking in exchange for making photo books.  It's easier and cheaper, too.

I have a special journal that I bought for Jack, in which I record little notes / cute things he says throughout the years (I'm not too great at keeping up with it, but I try to jot down a few sentences each month, at least).  Honestly, I don't really like the look of it, but I've got a couple years worth of notes in there (and do you know how much work it is to actually hand write something out, these days?), so I won't be replacing it.

I decided to have a cute journal made for Claire, instead.  It was actually cheaper than Jack's book and is *way* better looking - in fact, I kind of love breaking out the old ballpoint pen and scribbling in this little book (despite the hand cramps)!

One thing I failed at as a new bride was organizing all of the cards and wedding paraphernalia we amassed during the wedding planning and actual ceremony - we have a giant box full of wedding junk that's been sitting in a closet for almost twelve years now.

Not for long!

I bought a memory keeper - a fancy box, basically - to house the cards, extra invitations, reception dinner menu and assorted junk I don't want to throw away but don't necessarily want on display, either.
